Overview

Design daily-wear jewelry from concept to e-commerce-ready SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sketches/CAD and specs; select materials; build BOMs.
• Partner with craft/QC on DFM; finalize variants, sizing, packaging.
• Track sales/returns and iterate designs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years jewelry design experience.
• Strong CAD + materials knowledge; basic QC/DFM.
• Clear spec writing.

Nice to Have

Symbolism literacy; bench skills.

Craft & QC Specialist | Craft & QC

Shanghai · Full-Time

Overview

Own craftsmanship and quality across the production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Build SOPs/checklists; run IQC/IPQC/OQC.
• Test clasp pull, plating, tarnish, chain fatigue, nickel release.
• Approve materials, audit suppliers, drive defect fixes.
• Calibrate sizing; manage packaging QC.

Requirements

• 3–5 years jewelry craft/QC.
• Bench or assembly skills; compliance know-how; strong documentation.

Nice to Have

Bead-string tests; Lean/6σ exposure.

Community Operations | CX & Community

Overview

Grow community to drive traffic, loyalty, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content/calendar; manage social channels & DMs.
• Coordinate live shopping; recruit creators/affiliates.
• Curate UGC for PDPs, emails, ads.
• Analyze metrics, A/B test, improve conversion.

Requirements

• 2–4 years social/e-commerce ops.
• CRM basics; simple video editing; data literacy; great writing.

TikTok Shop and event ops experience.
