How long do orders take to ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–8 business days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
During Black Friday,orders are dispatched in 3–5 business days. After dispatch: US delivery4–10business days

Our gemstones are ethically sourced from regions rich in natural beauty and energy — including Uruguay, South Africa, Mozambique, Sri Lanka, Australia, and Ethiopia. Each stone carries not just a stunning look, but a unique story and energetic essence from its place of origin.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes! You have 30 days to return your item in its original condition. Just email us at bme@bmevillagellc.com to get started. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Do you offer 30-day price protection during Black Friday? How do I request it?

Yes. If the same item (same color/size/spec) on BEAMMORE’s website is publicly listed at a lower standard price within 30 days of your order, you may request one adjustment.While the lower price is live, contact Support with your order number and a screenshot/URL. Once approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for the difference.

How do I start a return/exchange?

Submit a request via bme@bmevillagellc.com within 30 days of delivery (until Jan 31, 2026 for Black Friday orders). Items must be new, unworn, and complete with all accessories. Quality issues: we cover return shipping. Non-quality returns: refund to original payment or store credit (you choose).

Can I return my order for a refund?

1-Year Limited Warranty covering material/workmanship defects (non-accidental).
