Shipping & Delivery
Currently, BEAMMORE primarily ships to the United States market. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve global customers in the near future. For US orders, shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your chosen shipping method, which you can view at checkout.
Once you place an order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to make the change. However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address.
Returns & Warranty
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal or contact our team for assistance.
Yes, we provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all BEAMMORE products, covering any manufacturing defects not caused by misuse. If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Your jewelry is part of your story, and we want it to last a lifetime. We offer lifetime repair services. If your jewelry requires care or repair after the warranty period, we are happy to assist you – you will only be responsible for shipping costs and any necessary material costs.
