During Holiday Sale, orders are dispatched in 3–5 business days. After dispatch: US delivery 5–8 business days.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes! You have 30 days to return your item in its original condition. Just email us at bme@bmevillagellc.com to get started. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Do you offer 30-day price protection during Holiday Sale? How do I request it?

Yes. If the same item (same color/size/spec) on BEAMMORE’s website is publicly listed at a lower standard price within 30 days of your order, you may request one adjustment.While the lower price is live, contact Support with your order number and a screenshot/URL. Once approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for the difference.

How do I start a return/exchange?

Submit a request via bme@bmevillagellc.com within 30 days of delivery (until Jan 31, 2026 for Holiday Sale orders). Items must be new, unworn, and complete with all accessories. Quality issues: we cover return shipping. Non-quality returns: refund to original payment or store credit (you choose).
